A driveway in a day

First the driveway is broken up and loaded out on our dump truck where it is hauled away to a recycling facility.. Then the sod is trimmed along the edges to make room for the forms.   Forms are set, sand base is compacted and wire mesh reinforcement laid.  The wire mesh extends past the end of the pour to link the pours together.  Once the first load of concrete is poured and finished, the remainder of the drive is removed and poured in the same manner.  Most driveways are completed in just one day.

                                       

Hard to get to

When accessing the area where you would like the work done is difficult, a pump truck can be used to get the concrete to the site.  As you can see from the pictures, the concrete can be pumped right over your house.
